Roushini's presentation was fun and relaxed. We had fun introductions with each other and a little bit of Bollywood dancing. Excellent mood enhancer and ice-breaker.
Roushini was very organised. All the ingredients were pre-cut, measured and placed in bowls ready for use. We watched Roushini prepare the dishes and then we got into groups and all had hands on experience. Roushini kept going from group to group to answer questions and guide us.
Individual taste and allergies were catered for quite easily. I learnt a lot of new information about vegan cooking and eating. Roushini explains all the health benefits. She is very inspirational and motivational example of living healthy.
Roushini explains how to use spices, where to buy it and which spices are very good for health.
My husband is a meat eater however he enjoyed all the vegan dishes I cooked with Roushini .
The recipes were based on seasonal food, affordable and very healthy. I enjoyed my cooking experience with Roushini and will definitely be booking into the future sessions.
